it does possess an Editorial Policy. The magazine is geared toward a mature audience, but writers must adhere
to the following guidelines:
- Literary works that contain excessive obscentities or sexual content
will not be accepted.
- Pieces must not degrade a particular religion, race, gender, or sexual
orientation.
- Blatant defamation of a public or private person(s) is forbidden.
- Writers must be from Luzerne and Lackawanna counties or the surrouding
areas and be 18 years or older to submit.
- Handwritten and faxed submissions won't be accepted.
